You can schedule permanent deletion of your EnduraX account and associated data at any time. A secure seven-day cancellation window begins when you confirm.
In the mobile app
Open the More tab → Delete account → review the impact → confirm your password and the deletion phrase. Access closes immediately; permanent deletion occurs after the seven-day cancellation window.
On the web
Sign in at enduraxapp.com and go to Settings → delete your account.
By request
If you can't sign in, email Rose@enduraxapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify the request and remove your account and associated data after the cancellation window.
What gets deleted
When the cancellation window ends, deletion permanently removes your account, your check-in history, and your readiness data, and cancels any active subscription. Team owners must transfer or archive owned workspaces before scheduling deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Cancel during the waiting period
We email a secure cancellation link before access closes. Use that link within seven days to restore sign-in. No owner-scoped records are permanently deleted during the waiting period.
