EnduraX For Athletic Departments & Programs

For the team that surrounds the athlete.

EnduraX gives athletic departments, sports science programs, and clinical staff a single readiness signal — including RED-S and energy availability indicators — across every athlete on the roster.

Athlete-controlled by design. Designed for institutional data-handling practices.

Who this is for

Five roles on every athlete’s care team — each with their own pain pattern.

Head Coach

Women's distance running, multi-sport, individual sport

Pain

My athletes are breaking down and I can’t see why.

What we do

DARS surfaces the energy availability and RED-S risk indicators that lead to stress fractures — patterns your other tools can’t see.

Proof

Pilots in discussion with select NCAA programs. Methodology brief available on request.

Athletic Trainer / Sports Medicine Staff

Sports medicine, clinical workflow integration

Pain

We screen with LEAF-Q at the start of the season, then we have no daily visibility.

What we do

Daily readiness pulse on every athlete’s fueling and RED-S signals. Surfaces 7+ consecutive days of elevated risk for clinical follow-up.

Proof

Recovery Mode demo available. Integrates with existing clinical workflows.

Athletic Director / Administrator

Compliance, Title IX exposure, program-level oversight

Pain

RED-S and bone-stress injury patterns in women’s programs are reputation and compliance risks.

What we do

Documented athlete-centered wellness system with audit trail. Custom data-handling agreements available for institutional customers.

Proof

Compliance briefing available on request. Data-residency options on the roadmap.

Sports Scientist / Director of Performance

Performance staff, methodology rigor, data integration

Pain

Catapult, Garmin, and Oura ignore nutrition and energy availability.

What we do

DARS fills the EA blind spot in your stack. Methodology brief grounded in IOC 2023, LEAF-Q, BEDA-Q, FRHQ, Bannister, and Session-RPE.

Proof

Methodology brief in development. Research validation citations available now.

Physical Therapist / Rehab Specialist

Return-to-play decisions, between-visit visibility

Pain

Return-to-play decisions feel like guesswork between visits.

What we do

Recovery Mode replaces daily readiness with phase-aware pathway content. PTs author custom pathway cards. Objective data between visits.

Proof

Recovery Mode pathway library demo available.

Program-level RED-S oversight

The stress fracture you don’t see is the one that ends the season.

EnduraX surfaces 7+ consecutive days of low-protection patterns at the program level — your ATC sees which athletes are in elevated-risk territory, your head coach sees the fueling trends their workouts depend on, and your athletic director sees the documented oversight pattern.

Not a diagnostic. A risk-pattern signal grounded in IOC 2023, LEAF-Q, and BEDA-Q.

DARS is a wellness tool, not a diagnostic instrument. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Multi-staff, role-based access

One athlete. One readiness signal. Role-based views across your care team.

EnduraX currently enforces athlete-controlled consent for three care-team roles: head coach, athletic trainer, and physical therapist. Athletes choose what each role sees. Every access is logged.

Additional roles on the care team — athletic director, sports dietitian, sport psychologist, team physician — are on the roadmap and available on request as part of an institutional pilot scope.

Compliance posture

Built for institutional data practices.

  • Athlete-controlled consent. Three care-team roles — head coach, athletic trainer, physical therapist — currently have their own consent toggles. Athletes choose what each role sees. Every access is logged. Additional institutional roles are available on request as part of pilot scope.
  • Custom data-handling agreements. We work with your legal team to scope data-handling agreements that fit your institution. Contact sales for the current framework.
  • FTC Health Breach Notification Rule. EnduraX is subject to the rule and notifies affected users, the FTC, and (where required) the media within 60 days as required by 16 CFR Part 318.
  • Data minimization to AI processors. AI features process only computed readiness scores under a Data Processing Agreement; no name, email, or contact information is transmitted.
  • AI suggests; staff and athletes decide. AI never auto-applies a workout, never overrides Recovery Mode, and never increases planned load. Humans make every training and clinical decision.

For specific compliance requirements (HIPAA Business Associate Agreement scope, FERPA school-official designation, GDPR processor obligations, state consumer health data law architecture), contact sales for a custom compliance briefing.

Pricing

Pricing built around your roster.

EnduraX Team plans are priced by roster band with role-based add-ons for clinical staff (athletic trainers, physical therapists, sports dietitians). Custom institutional pricing — contact sales for a quote scoped to your roster size and care-team needs.

Every plan includes:

  • Unlimited athlete accounts within your roster band
  • All Athlete-tier features for every athlete
  • All Coach-tier features for designated coaches
  • Multi-staff role-based access (athlete-controlled consent)
  • Custom onboarding for staff and athletes
  • Direct support contact

For specifics on roster bands, role pricing, and contract terms, schedule a sales conversation.

Pilot programs

Pilot programs in discussion.

EnduraX is in active discussion with select NCAA D1 women’s distance running programs and elite endurance squads about structured pilots. Pilot scope, timeline, and slot availability are determined per institution; reach out to discuss whether your program is a fit.

FAQ

Institutional questions, answered.

How is EnduraX different from Whoop, Oura, or Garmin for our team?+
Wearables are biometric-only — they can’t see fueling or RED-S risk. EnduraX integrates energy availability, RED-S indicators, and nutrition signals into a single readiness score across your roster, so staff catches what wrist devices miss.
How does athlete consent work across our care team?+
EnduraX currently enforces athlete-controlled consent for three roles: head coach, athletic trainer, and physical therapist. Each role has its own consent toggle; the athlete chooses what each role sees; every access is logged. Additional roles (athletic director, sports dietitian, team physician, sport psychologist) are on the roadmap and available on request as part of an institutional pilot scope.
What data does our institution see vs. what stays athlete-private?+
Institution-side dashboards are scoped to what the athlete has consented to share with that specific role. Sensitive signals (cycle phase, mental health flags, sport psych notes) are athlete-only by default and require explicit role-by-role opt-in. Data-handling specifics are scoped per-institution — contact sales.
How is EnduraX scientifically validated?+
DARS is built on published frameworks: Bannister Fitness-Fatigue, IOC 2023 RED-S Consensus Statement, LEAF-Q, BEDA-Q, FRHQ, and Session-RPE. The methodology brief documents every input, weighting decision, and threshold.
What’s the implementation timeline for a 30-athlete roster?+
Pilot rollouts typically take 2–3 weeks: roster onboarding (week 1), staff training and consent configuration (week 2), and first full readiness cycle (week 3). Custom integration timelines depend on your existing tech stack — contact sales.
Do we need to integrate with our existing tech stack (Catapult, TeamWorks, etc.)?+
No integration is required for v1. EnduraX is a standalone readiness layer. Integrations with common athletic data platforms are on the roadmap; specifics depend on your stack — contact sales.
What does pricing look like for a 50-athlete distance program?+
Team plans are priced by roster band with role-based add-ons for clinical staff. Custom institutional pricing — schedule a sales conversation for a quote scoped to your roster size and care-team needs.
What about athletes under 18 in our youth/development programs?+
EnduraX v1 institutional access is for athletes 18+. Under-18 programs are in development and require additional parental-consent and data-handling architecture before they ship.
Can we get a methodology brief for our medical advisory committee?+
Yes — request the methodology brief via the form below. We’re finalizing the v1 brief and will send a copy directly to your committee chair.
How does Recovery Mode integrate with our existing PT/ATC workflow?+
Recovery Mode is a separate surface inside the athlete app that replaces daily readiness with phase-aware pathway content during return-to-play. PTs and ATCs author the pathway cards; athletes log adherence; staff sees objective data between visits.
