- ●How does an athlete grant, review, and revoke access?
- ●Which connected systems move data in which direction?
- ●How are authentication, encryption, row-level access, logging, and deletion handled?
- ●Which processors receive data, for what purpose, and under which contract?
- ●What support, training, escalation, and incident contacts apply during the pilot?
A responsible pilot has an exit plan before it starts.
Before
Document scope, roles, permissions, systems, support, notices, success measures, and data-handling requirements.
During
Run at least one full check-in → roster review → human follow-up cycle. Review access and friction with athletes and staff.
After
Decide whether to expand, revise, pause, or end. Define export, deletion, retention, and communication steps for every outcome.
