Support

We're here to help. EnduraX is built and supported by a small team — you'll reach a real person.

Contact us

Email Rose@enduraxapp.com with any question, bug report, or feedback. We aim to reply within 2 business days. To help us resolve things faster, include the email address on your account and, for a bug, what you were doing when it happened.

Common questions

  • Can't sign in / forgot password? Use reset your password. If a reset link says it's expired, request a fresh one — links are single-use and some email scanners open them early.
  • Connecting a wearable (Oura, Strava, Garmin, Whoop): open Settings and connect or disconnect any integration at any time. Connections are optional.
  • Who can see my data: manage coach and care-team sharing in Settings. You can revoke access at any time; your private notes are never shared.
  • Deleting your account & data: go to Settings → delete your account, or email us at Rose@enduraxapp.com and we'll remove your account and associated data.

Privacy & your data

EnduraX handles sensitive health information with care. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is stored, used, and deleted, and our Terms of Service.

Urgent or crisis help

EnduraX is not an emergency service and cannot respond to urgent safety concerns. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency number right away (911 in the US). In the US, you can also call or text 988— the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — 24/7.
