Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EnduraX DARS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

EnduraX DARS is a daily readiness tracking tool for endurance athletes. It calculates a composite readiness score based on self-reported inputs and optional wearable data (Oura Ring, Strava, Garmin Connect, Whoop). The Service also includes a coach dashboard that allows coaches to monitor their athletes' daily scores.

3. Not medical advice

EnduraX DARS is a wellness and training planning tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Readiness scores and RED-S risk indicators are based on self-reported data and general athletic science principles. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your training or health, especially if you have or suspect a medical condition.

4. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Because EnduraX collects sensitive health data including menstrual cycle information, the Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is listed on the pricing page.
• New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Coach features and responsibilities

• Athletes join a coach's roster voluntarily by accepting an invite link. By joining, you consent to your coach viewing your daily DARS score, D1–D5 domain scores, readiness label, and 7-day trend. Your personal notes are never shared.
• You may leave a coach's roster at any time in Settings → Coach Roster.
• Coach alert emails: Coaches may receive automated emails when your readiness drops below alert thresholds. These contain only computed scores — no raw biometrics. You can disable this at any time in Settings → Coach Roster → "Coach alert emails."
• Training Plans (Coach tier): Coaches may upload training plans and request AI-generated workout modification suggestions. All AI suggestions are coaching reference tools only — the coach makes all final decisions. AI suggestions are not medical advice.
• AI suggestions: Workout suggestions are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI using anonymised readiness scores only. No athlete PII is sent to Anthropic. Suggestions may be inaccurate. Coaches bear sole responsibility for all training decisions.
• EnduraX is not responsible for the coaching relationship or any training decisions made using the platform or its AI suggestions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content, or training plans containing third-party IP without permission.

8. Third-party integrations

Connecting Oura Ring, Strava, Garmin Connect, or Whoop is optional. By connecting these services, you authorise EnduraX to retrieve relevant health and activity data on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You can disconnect integrations at any time from Settings.

9. Supplement and modifier flags

EnduraX provides optional modifier flags for supplement use and recovery medication context. Use of these flags is entirely user-initiated and can be disabled at any time. No drug names, dosages, or prescriptions are collected — only yes/no toggle values.

• No modifier flag constitutes a medical assessment, treatment recommendation, or clinical finding.
• You bear sole responsibility for all health consequences arising from your supplement or medication choices.

EnduraX is not affiliated with and has no reporting obligations to WADA, USADA, or any anti-doping organisation. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable anti-doping rules, including obtaining required Therapeutic Use Exemptions.

10. Intellectual property

The EnduraX name, DARS scoring methodology, and all app content are owned by EnduraX. You retain ownership of the data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data to deliver the Service.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that readiness scores will reflect your actual physiological state. Use the Service as one input among many in your training decisions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnduraX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury, overtraining, or health outcomes resulting from reliance on readiness scores, coach alert emails, or AI-generated workout suggestions.

12a. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless EnduraX and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right; any training plan you upload or training decision you make based on Service outputs including AI suggestions; or any claim that content you submitted caused damage to a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at rose@enduraxapp.com.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14a. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at rose@enduraxapp.comand attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules in New York County, New York.

Class action waiver: You and EnduraX agree to bring any dispute only in an individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative action.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

16. General provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and EnduraX regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without EnduraX's written consent. EnduraX may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure: EnduraX is not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
