The roster is a conversation queue—not a leaderboard.
Coach View is designed to help a coach notice who may need a conversation, not rank athletes by health or reward the highest score. Missing check-ins and athlete-approved exceptions can surface without turning sensitive context into competition.
The athlete controls the detail.
Team membership establishes a relationship. It does not grant automatic access to every domain. Athletes can preview what a coach sees, change the scope, and revoke access.
- Coach access and care-team access remain separate.
- Fueling, injury, and clinical context can stay outside the coach role.
- Administrative access covers operations—not individual readiness or notes.
Every role gets a bounded workspace.
Athletic trainers, PTs, strength staff, physicians, dietitians, performance leaders, and administrators do different jobs. EnduraX does not solve that by copying the same dashboard ten times. Each view follows the role and the athlete’s permission.
The signal never makes the decision.
A coach can use readiness context to start a conversation and adjust a human-owned plan. EnduraX does not diagnose, clear participation, or automatically change training.
