Boundary intact

Team membership alone is not health-data consent. Sensitive domains can stay hidden.

One roster. The right view for every role.

Athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, PTs, strength staff, physicians, dietitians, performance leaders, and administrators each work from the context their job—and the athlete’s permission—requires.

Readiness + recovery

Athlete

A daily read that turns the signals around your training into one useful next step.

Check in in under a minute, understand what is shaping the day, and decide whether to train, modify, recover, or start a conversation.

The athlete owns the account and decides what leaves it. Readiness is guidance—not diagnosis or clearance.

Coach View helps the right person notice the right moment while personal ranges, care boundaries, and human judgment stay intact.

Every sport. Same coordination problem.

EnduraX is designed for endurance, field, court, water, individual, and team sports. The workflow changes with the program; the athlete stays at the center.

01

Scope the roster

Confirm the sport, roster size, staff roles, and systems already in use.

02

Set permissions

Configure athlete-controlled access and train each role in its own workflow.

03

Run one full cycle

Use check-ins, roster review, and care-team follow-up before expanding scope.

Scope around the roster

Pilot fit before feature count.

Timeline, integrations, roster band, roles, and data-handling needs are determined with each institution.

Athlete-controlled is the architecture.

Team membership never becomes blanket health access. The product separates invitations, relationships, and itemized grants so athletes can review, narrow, or stop access.

Institutional data handling+

Custom data-handling agreements are scoped with your institution. Contact sales for current HIPAA BAA, FERPA, GDPR, state consumer-health, and residency requirements.

EnduraX is subject to the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and follows applicable notification requirements under 16 CFR Part 318.

AI boundaries + human decisions+

AI features minimize the context sent to processors under a Data Processing Agreement.

AI never auto-applies a workout, overrides Recovery Mode, increases planned load, diagnoses, or clears participation. Staff and athletes make every training and clinical decision.

Built around your roster.

Team pricing is scoped by roster band, staff roles, onboarding, and support needs. Every athlete in the agreed roster receives the athlete experience.

The questions teams ask first.

How is EnduraX different from WHOOP, Oura, or Garmin for our team?+
Wearables tell you what changed. EnduraX helps the athlete and the right people decide what to do next. Connected data can add context, but a wearable is optional—not a requirement.
How does athlete consent work across our care team?+
EnduraX models connected profiles across coaching, sports medicine, strength, nutrition, performance, administration, and future guardian support. Each relationship has its own scope; the athlete chooses what that person sees and can revoke it. Role availability varies by pilot and product stage.
What does our institution see vs. what stays athlete-private?+
Institution-side views are limited to what the athlete has agreed to share with that specific role. Sensitive signals stay athlete-only by default and require explicit role-by-role sharing. Data-handling specifics are scoped with each institution.
How is EnduraX scientifically grounded?+
The public Methodology Center explains the five domains, personal-range approach, current weights, source literature, and limitations. Published RED-S, athlete-monitoring, and session-RPE research informs the design, but DARS is not presented as a validated clinical instrument, diagnosis, injury prediction, or clearance.
What does implementation look like for a roster?+
A pilot moves through roster onboarding, staff training and permission configuration, then the first full readiness cycle. Exact timing depends on roster size, roles, and your existing workflow.
Do we need to integrate our existing tech stack?+
No integration is required to begin. EnduraX can start with the athlete check-in alone. Current athlete connections include Oura, WHOOP, Strava, Withings, and an Apple Health fueling bridge; institutional platform integrations are scoped separately.
What does team pricing look like?+
Team plans are scoped by roster band with role-based considerations for clinical staff. Start a sales conversation for pricing that reflects your roster and care-team needs.
What about athletes under 18?+
EnduraX v1 institutional access is for athletes 18+. Under-18 programs require additional parental-consent and data-handling architecture before they ship.
Can our medical advisory committee receive a methodology brief?+
Yes. The public Methodology Center is available now, and a committee can request the current review materials and a methodology conversation through the team inquiry form.
How does Recovery Mode fit PT and athletic-training workflows?+
Recovery Mode replaces the normal daily readiness surface with phase-aware pathway content during return-to-participation. In current pilots, PTs and athletic trainers can review only the case and recovery context the athlete has approved; verified PT messaging is available where enabled. Shared rehab-plan authoring and athletic-trainer messaging are still in development.
